Are you trying to show your friends the famous free online fortune teller, Peter Answers but are struggling with getting them to believe it? The best piece of advice that I can give for people trying to trick and fool their friends with this virtual tarot is to make sure you are not too obvious. I have said this before but I don’t think people have understood what I mean, so here I have a transcript from a recent peter answer session:

Petition: Peter, please answer me:
Question: What is my name?

(People always start off with something obvious like this and if peter answers it perfectly right away it is going to immediatly make them suspicious. So don’t answer it exactly right! In this case lets say the marks name is Bill)

Answer: It’s either Jill or Bill

This either or is a simple way to do it. It puts a little bit of doubt into the marks mind where he thinks as much about the answer that was wrong (Jill) with what is right (Bill). Here is another example:

Petition: Peter, please answer me
Question: What is my job?

Answer: You work with food.

So in this case Bill flips burgers at Burger King. It would have been easy to respond with that exactly, but something somewhat nebulous like “word with food” is random enough to again offer a little doubt.

Here is one last example for how you should best use this virtual fortune teller. This is another question that is frequently asked.

Petition: Peter, please answer me:
Question: What am I doing right now?

(the person answer the question is usually making some gesture, and they are thinking that is how Peter will respond)

Answer: Playing a dumb game!

You go through enough of this and maybe sprinkle in some exact answers and you will be able to stretch this prank out for some time and your mark will be completely bamboozled.

when i try juds one when i type the petition it keeps saying i’ve done it wrong! i do it right i check like a dozen times. i try juds because jud isnt gonna come out with answers like ” i need to find emily” WILL SHE!!!!!

i can never get this thing to go right. my best friend did it to me the other day and she told me how it went but i cant remember so i’ll have to call her and ask her how it goes again but even now while these people are explaining it i still cant get it but oh well that’s how it goes sometimes see yah i dont believe in this kind of thing anyway so maybe it’s just not for me
